Systems Analysts
Summary: The primary responsibility of the Software Systems Analyst is to work directly with the Product Manager and Software Engineering Team to design the software and implementation framework prior to any actual development.

The Software Systems Analyst must have a strong background in gathering software related requirements, and be able to research, discover/define the functional needs of users/clients and document those needs in a formal fashion. Additionally, the Software Systems Analyst should be able to translate those user/client needs into individual steps and procedures that make up logical functional workflows and use cases that categorize and define the constraints around which a software solution can be designed and implemented. Knowledge of SAAS software models desired.
