Shaun McIver, President & CEO
Under Shaun's leadership, Streamlogics has emerged as one of North America's leading providers of webcasting applications and services. Shaun was formerly general manager of Activate Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of Seattle-based Loudeye, Inc. In 2001, Shaun led the management buyout of Activate Canada and expanded operations throughout the U.S. under the Streamlogics brand name. Shaun has more than 15 years of management experience in major telecommunications and entrepreneurial organizations. Prior to joining Activate, Shaun held management positions at Teleglobe and ACC TelEnterprises (acquired by AT&T). He received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

David Gascoine, Chief Technology Officer
Dave leads the Streamlogics operations team, overseeing production, engineering, and development. As the chief architect behind Streamlogics' EVENTTM webcasting platform, Dave is responsible for guiding the company's technology and infrastructure. An industry veteran, Dave has led the company through a series of innovations and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Streamlogics, he held management positions with ACC TelEnterprises (acquired by AT&T Canada), and was responsible for the development and implementation of several successful products and marketing initiatives.

Tony Cutruzzola, Chief Financial Officer
Tony is responsible for leading Streamlogics' finance and corporate development initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and business, Tony is a skilled corporate financial executive with expertise in financial controls and reporting, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Streamlogics, Tony spent seven years at Ernst & Young and held senior management roles as COO and CFO at a number of technology firms including Unisys Canada, SHL Systemhouse Inc., TransCanada Pipelines and Alias|Wavefront. Tony is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from York University.

Brian Ross, Vice President of Business Development
Brian leads business development for Streamlogics, and brings more than 15 years of experience in high level sales and strategic business development to the company. Brian joined Activate Canada in July 1999 prior to the formation of Streamlogics, and was instrumental in the development of key strategic partnerships and driving the company's growth. Brian serves as a key member of executive team and is currently a member of the Streamlogics board of directors. Brian previously led Corporate Solutions Sales for Microcell Solutions and also has a background in the financial industry, having worked with GT Global (now AIM Investments). Brian holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Sean Quartermain, Sales Director, Financial Services
As Sales Director for Streamlogics' dedicated Financial Services team, Sean is responsible for ensuring that the firm's webcast solution continues to meet the unique on-line communication needs of large financial organizations due to their multiple lines of business, strict compliance requirements and on-going competition with the media for audience attention. Key solution focuses are continuing education, new relationship generation and client service/retention. Before joining Streamlogics in 2004, Sean piloted these technologies in a sales leadership role at Invesco TRIMARK (formerly AIM TRIMARK). As a previous consumer of webcasting, Sean has a strong understanding of its usage within the financial services industry and he has unique insights into on-line best practices and performance benchmarking. Sean earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Business in 1997.
