Administration Streamlogics provides thousands of point-and-click feature combinations designed to meet the specific and changing needs of each project.
The EVENT^TM platform integrates enterprise webcast controls so that content administrators can manage all historical and upcoming webcasts within a single interface. From the Client Administration Console administrators can, with the simple click of a mouse, conduct powerful calendaring and text searches of all live and on-demand enterprise audio and video communications. Additionally, any number of unique administration users can be set up, all with their own set of access privileges to the administration console.

User Experience

Tracking and Reporting
End user reporting and tracking is extensive and provides detailed information on who watched specific content, when they watched, and for how long. Results for interactivity such as polls or tests are detailed for each user in addition to complete continuing education management reporting and administration.

Production and Broadcast Operations
Streamlogics Broadcast Operations Center is a fully redundant broadcast facility for managing live and archive webcast production. The facility is modeled on a traditional television broadcast center, but optimized with digital compression equipment specifically for webcasting. An on-site simultaneous interpretation suite allows Streamlogics to support needs of your global audiences. Live webcasts are produced in the Broadcast Operations Center and are protected by Streamlogics' exclusive Level-4 Redundancy for reliability and your piece of mind. Through a worldwide network of certified partners, Streamlogics can also assist with production requirements including camera crew and staging, editing and post production, conference bridging, and signal acquisition.

Professional Services
Streamlogics' Client Services Team members are industry veterans, expert at guiding the execution of client projects of any size to ensure their success. All customers are assigned a dedicated Webcast Producer or Project Manager to assist with any aspect of the project and coordinate with engineering and broadcast resources as required.
