Streamlogics Announces Strong Approval Ratings in Annual Customer Survey
Toronto, Canada — April 13, 2004 -
Streamlogics Inc., a leading provider of webcasting applications and services, today announced the highly successful results of its second annual customer survey. Hundreds of customers were invited to rate Streamlogics' performance levels in several categories including post sales support, response times to queries, professionalism, and product functionality.
Customers were asked to rate Streamlogics' service levels on a scale of 1 to 5. The following is a summary of the ratings and their associated values:

Streamlogics also announced that an overwhelming 100% of the survey respondents indicated they "Agreed" or "Strongly Agreed" with the statement that they would recommend Streamlogics to someone seeking a reliable webcast services provider.

The survey also asked customers to prioritize new product development initiatives currently under review by Streamlogics. The results of the product development section of the survey will be used to prioritize new developments in 2004.
