Streamlogics Announces Merger with TappedInto

Toronto, Canada - December 1, 2003 -

Streamlogics Corporation, a leading provider of webcasting solutions, today announced that the company will merge with Tappedinto.com, a leading provider of multimedia communications services. The merger positions the combined entity as Canada's largest provider of webcasting services, while further broadening the company's footprint in the US market.

The new company will serve hundreds of customers in Canada, the United States and Europe, along with over 200 indirect sales representatives through Streamlogics' highly successful PartnerPlus channels sales program.

Shaun McIver will serve as the President and CEO of the merged company. The new company's head office will reside in Toronto, Ontario, supporting additional sales offices in Regina, Montreal, Chicago, and Nashville. The Regina branch office will also be pivotal in providing ongoing research and development, network operations, and technical support services for the merged company.

Post transaction, Sasktel will maintain an approximate 38% in the merged entity, while Streamlogics' management team will hold a majority equity position.
