Toronto, Canada - February 1, 2004 -

Streamlogics Corporation (Streamlogics) amalgamated today with Tappedinto.com, Inc.(Tappedinto), forming one of North America’s leading providers of webcasting services. The amalgamated company will operate under the name Streamlogics Inc.

The amalgamation is expected to simplify business operations and reduce operating costs, while unifying the company under one brand. Customer service levels and vendor relationships will not be impacted by the amalgamation, and there will be no changes to management or staffing.

Streamlogics will provide three primary services, including managed webcasting, desktop webcasting, and media hosting solutions. The company’s head office will reside in Toronto, supporting regional sales offices in Montreal, Chicago, and Nashville. The company’s R&D, network operations, and technical support facility will reside in Regina.
