Hundreds of customers were invited to rate Streamlogics' performance levels in several categories including professionalism and responsiveness of staff, service reliability, and product functionality.

Streamlogics expects service levels will improve in 2006 as new quality assurance measures are implemented. Recently, Streamlogics announced the launch of its Level 4 Redundancy system, which seamlessly integrates redundancy and failover systems within hardware, network and application-based systems required for live webcasts.
The survey also asked customers to prioritize new product development initiatives currently under review by Streamlogics. The results of the product development section of the survey will be used to prioritize new developments in 2006.
