Hundreds of customers were invited to rate Streamlogics' performance levels in several categories including professionalism and responsiveness of staff, service reliability, and product functionality.

Customers were asked to rate Streamlogics in various categories on a scale of 1 to 5. The following is a summary of the ratings and their associated values:

Streamlogics expects service levels will improve in 2006 as new quality assurance measures are implemented. The survey also asked customers to prioritize new product development initiatives currently under review by Streamlogics. The results of the product development section of the survey will be used to prioritize new developments in 2006.
