Streamlogics Announces Acquisition of Eyedle Time Media Networks "Talkback Communications Platform"

Toronto, Canada - February 3, 2004 -

Streamlogics Inc., a leading provider of webcasting solutions, today announced that the company has acquired the intellectual property rights to the Talkback Communications Platform “Talkback”, previously owned and operated by Eyedle Time Media Networks Inc. “ETMN” for an undisclosed amount.

The Talkback managed service offering is made up of desktop-based software application “Talkback Presenter” as well as a robust Internet based content management and delivery platform “Talkback Server”. Talkback Presenter allows non-technical users to create and publish presentations using their desktop video camera or microphone. Once published users can manage and deliver branded on-demand or live presentations, synchronized with slides or images through the Talkback Server application. All presentation content will be hosted and delivered through Streamlogics’ global Content Delivery Network.

The Talkback Server administration tools enable users to very simply and easily create sophisticated management protocols for their presentations such as slideshow integration, registration, password protection, the addition of downloadable resources, custom skins, surveys, testing, feedback forms, advanced reporting and statistics, and presentation indexing.

A short demonstration of the Talkback application can be accessed at the following URLs:

“Talkback is ideal for customers that require a turnkey tool to create frequent webcasts” said Shaun McIver, President and CEO of Streamlogics. “Initial customer response has been overwhelming, and we anticipate Talkback will play a critical role in our future growth strategy”.

“The decision to partner with Streamlogics was twofold; they have significant expertise and relationships within the full service webcast vertical and they have recently opened themselves up to the US and Europe markets through the TappedInto Merger”, explained Jay Allen, President of ETMN. “The Talkback Communications Platform has been commercially available for over a year and although we have made great strides in its commercialization we have lacked the channel relationships and partner programs which will allow Talkback to gain mass market appeal. It is these relationships that Streamlogics brings.”
