Customers Rate Streamlogics Service Levels as "Excellent" on Annual Survey

Streamlogics Corporation (Streamlogics), a leading provider of e-communications services, today announced the results of a recent survey released to the company's existing customer base.

Over 100 Streamlogics customers were invited to participate in the online survey. The survey asked customers to rate Streamlogics' performance levels in several categories, including response times, professionalism, product functionality, and post sales support. Ratings categories were defined as "Excellent", "Average", and "Needs Improvement".

Over 85% of customer responses rated Streamlogics as "Excellent". Less than 1% of responses indicated improvement was required.

"Our customers rely upon us to support their live and on-demand e-communications initiatives flawlessly", said Shaun McIver, President and CEO of Streamlogics. "While we are delighted that responses were favourable, we will use this information to set new and improved performance goals in 2003".

The survey also asked customers to prioritize new product development initiatives currently under review by Streamlogics. The results of the product development section of the survey will be used to prioritize new developments in 2003.
