How is the StreamPartner Program structured?
Leveraging our expertise and technology, your organization can offer webcasting solutions and services under your brand. Partnership service models are flexible and range from full service to self service depending on your business objectives. Under the self service model Streamlogics' partners utilize their internal resources and the Streamlogics EVENTTM platform to produce and deliver webcasts for your clients. In the full service model, Streamlogics provides all required elements for webcast production and delivery. This includes end to end service including event management, setup, configuration and delivery on behalf of partner.

Training
Streamlogics provides both operations and sales training to ensure you are set up for success. Sales training includes in-person training complemented by online live and archived training sessions. Archived training is provided through the Streamlogics Take 10 program. The "Take 10" program consists of a series of 10-minute webcasts that cover a wide range of topics from "Webcasting 101" to more advanced modules that discuss the technical components of web presentation services.
The following features are optionally made available through the Take 10 program:
- Modules branded with the reseller's logo
- Online reports that detail participant progress and testing results
- Optional Take 10 certification award provided to sales representatives who pass certification testing
Reseller operations training includes training for designated reseller operations personnel on all aspects of the Streamlogics Event platform including necessary administration functionality, reporting and interactive functionality. Self service resellers will receive advanced platform training as part of the on boarding package.

Sales Support
StreamPartner support team is available to support resellers on all sales opportunities and will act as a member of your team as required. The partner team will support your efforts on joint sales calls, RFI's, RFP's and pilot programs.

Marketing Support
Streamlogics provides a range of online marketing support services, including branded promotional materials and events. Live or on demand marketing webcasts are an effective way to create demand and drive sales. Our partner support experts can help conduct events to build awareness, and educate your audience about the webcast service offering. Streamlogics' generic web presentation demonstrations can be private labeled and accessible directly from your website. In addition, StreamPartners can access online reports for lead sales purposes.
Sales presentations or demonstrations are also available on CD ROM.

Production and Technical Support
Dedicated producers and broadcast technicians support StreamPartners' clients' webcast programs. As required, your team can also be enabled to manage customers' webcast programs. We can customize your support options to include producers, event management and provisioning before, during and after each event. Because your clients' webcast event may happen in any time zone, our support is available via Internet, telephone, email, to suit your needs.

Sales Integration
StreamPartners can easily streamline order processing tasks by tracking transactions through Streamlogics' Sales Order Form (SOF). The convenience of an online order entry and ticketing system enables your team to manage quotes, enter sales order information and troubleshoot tickets through a custom branded administrative platform.
